Why hire Sneha?
I'm a PM who builds, and who knows how to get it in front of people. Discovery, prototypes, AI workflows, positioning, distribution, pricing. Walk the trail: eight tiny levels, two minutes, and every answer is something I've actually done.

Base camp
What do you need?
And what should they be good at? Matching levels get a ★ on the trail.
Level 1 · Discovery
My agent voiced 14 lines 80 times. What was the real problem?
Four features already existed (request stitching, pronunciation dictionaries, forced alignment, saved voice settings) and my agent rebuilt each one. I wrote it up as a product note for ElevenLabs: what it cost, and what I'd change so agents find the feature at the moment they need it.
Level 2 · Prototype
Smash commit until you hit 721.
0 / 721

721 GitHub contributions last year, as a PM. I prototype before I write the spec, so the team reacts to something real. PMs don't need to become engineers, but waiting for one to make every idea tangible is over.
Level 3 · AI workflows
Tap my reel agent's steps in order.
That's my real pipeline. I send an idea, an agent researches it, writes the script, voices it with my ElevenLabs clone, animates a doodle of me and renders the reel. I review and post. It also built this page.
Level 4 · Positioning
Which of my reels got the most views?
The room light reel: 60.2K views. A real moment, told in the first person, with a result you can see in the first two seconds. Positioning is the same game: the first line decides who keeps reading.
Level 5 · Distribution
I started Instagram this month, from zero. Views in 30 days?

115.4K views and 780 followers in 30 days on @sneha_sidequest, 19 reels explaining tech in 60 seconds. I read what spreads in a niche, test hooks, and ship almost daily.
Level 6 · Growth
A product I grew: API calls a day when I left?
20,000,000
API calls a day, up from 10,000 when I started; users from a few thousand to a million. I was the PM for the developer platform at Sarvam AI, from the first version to that scale.
Level 7 · Pricing
Usage-based pricing: keep the credits above zero for 6 seconds.
Illustration
I've run usage-based pricing: credits, top-ups and per-unit rates, plus the internal tools to adjust credits and limits. Unglamorous, and it is where trust is won or lost.
Level 8 · Receipts
Who said this about me?
“you're the most ai-native person I know.”

@Connect_Mani, my last manager. Before that: ISB.

Full-time, consulting, or a trial project.
Tell me what you're building. If you'd rather see how I work first, I'm happy to start with a consult or a scoped trial project. I'm in Europe for a bit and happy to talk across time zones.
Too busy for a form? DM me on X or LinkedIn. My agent reads those too, so nothing slips.
Not hiring yourself? Send the trail to someone who is. It takes them two minutes.
Numbers come from my Instagram dashboard and reel stats (October 2026), my GitHub graph, my ElevenLabs generation history, and my time as the PM for Sarvam AI's developer platform (10k to 20M API calls a day, a few thousand to a million users). The credits game is an illustration. The guide is a doodle of me; her voice is my ElevenLabs clone.
