I helped grow the platform from a few thousand users to **over a million**, alongside **100× revenue growth**. My work spans **at least six model APIs across 23 Indian languages**, including speech-to-text, text-to-speech, translation, vision, and language models. I work with research and engineering on model launches, and make it easier for customers to get into production through better dashboard UX, documentation, and developer tools. ### Previously **Frido** Consultant, Customer Experience & Operations Dec 2024 – Mar 2025 I introduced a CRM and redesigned the support workflow, cutting **ticket resolution time by 30%**. Using support metrics to find process gaps helped improve **first-response efficiency by 40%** and reduce the backlog. **Hopstack** Product Manager, Warehouse Management SaaS Aug 2022 – Sep 2024 I worked with customers to turn warehouse requirements into **workflows, releases, and rollout plans**.
